New Artist Application Form


Applications must be submitted online by March 24, 2012.


Applications must include digital images of artists’ work, artists’ studio, and a written artists’ statement.


Artists’ work will be juried separately in each medium.


The Artists Committee will review applications as they are received. Artists selected will be notified by March 30 and arrangements will be made at that time for the committee to visit the studio to complete the jurying the following week.

1. Biographical information:  This should include your education, experience in your craft, any awards or honors received






2.  Digital photos of your studio and your work; This should include a minimum of five digital photos of examples of your work in each medium and 2 digital photos of your studio


3.  A description of the process used to produce your art or craft




















4.  A description of your studio and your demonstration


















5.  A map and directions to your studio from the Court house Square in Mountain View.  Studios must be located within 30 miles of the Court House Square. It is important to note any difficulties visitors may encounter on your road or on the grounds of your studio such as steps, rough terrain, long walk from parking area, etc. Please provide a detailed map from the main road to your studio. This should include the distance and estimated driving time from the Court House Square in Mountain View.
